Responsibilities

• Steering the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
• Leading and further developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a high willingness to change and innovate
• Developing and optimizing the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets, and innovative products
• Responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant up- and downstream systems, as well as continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
• Identifying potential for automation and standardization of SAP processes and utilizing modern S/4HANA functionalities

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the SAP environment, especially with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules
• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the functional and disciplinary leadership of teams, as well as in steering complex IT transformation projects
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills in dealing with business departments, management, and C-level stakeholders
• Structured and entrepreneurial mindset, high problem-solving competence, and very good English skills; German skills are desirable
