Tasks
- Test Strategy & Planning: You develop a company-wide SAP test strategy and steer all test activities – from planning to execution to documentation.
- Tool- & Test Case Management: You introduce suitable test tools, maintain a reusable test case library, and establish automated tests for efficiency gains.
- Communication & Quality Assurance: You report transparently on test progress, risks, and acceptance criteria, moderate Defect Boards, and ensure the auditability of our test processes.
- Enablement: You enable Key Users, Testers, and project teams methodically and tool-wise.
Qualification
- Expertise: You bring at least 3 years of experience in SAP test management – ideally in S/4HANA environments. You are familiar with modules such as SD, MM, FI, and tools like Xray, Tosca, or SAP Cloud ALM.
- Process Understanding: You understand complex business processes and can translate them into testable requirements and scenarios.
- Project- & Quality Management: You have experience in classical and agile IT projects and a deep understanding of quality assurance, data protection, and compliance.
- Communicative Competence: You can clearly communicate technical matters, moderate conflicts, and engage stakeholders at eye level.
- Learning Readiness: You are open to new technologies and methods and continuously develop yourself further.
