Job description
We, emagine, are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager (m/f/d) for an ongoing project in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end test strategy using Zephyr and SAP Solution Manager, control all test phases from Unit to UAT, and manage complex integration and migration scenarios. Location: Düsseldorf (40-60% Remote) Start: 01.03.2026 – 15.03.2026 at the latest Duration: 9 months, option to extend Utilization: Full-time Your Tasks: Design and implementation of end-to-end test strategies using Zephyr and SAP Solution Manager, including all test phases from unit tests to user acceptance tests, while simultaneously controlling complex integration landscapes and data migration activities Coordination and management of large, virtual delivery teams and international suppliers to ensure alignment with the customer's global template, enterprise architecture, and compliance standards Close collaboration with Finance, Process, and IT teams to translate requirements into robust test scenarios – with a strong focus on SAP FICO processes and integration tests Establishment of test governance frameworks, quality gates, and metrics, as well as proactive risk identification, management of defect resolution, and involvement of senior stakeholders regarding quality and readiness assessments. Continuous improvement of test processes, test automation strategies, and delivery practices to increase efficiency and quality in the overall program Your Profile: 5+ years of experience in SAP testing and quality management 5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs as well as in-depth know-how in SAP FICO and SAP MDM/MDG 10+ years of experience as a program or test manager on the client side – including leadership and coordination of large, virtual, and cross-functional vendor teams Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale, SAP Solution Manager, and Jira Expertise in different test methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) as well as in the design and implementation of end-to-end test strategies Experience in functional and technical approaches for interface-intensive financial processes with third-party systems, especially in the retail and manufacturing environment Deep understanding of outsourced financial processes and their impact on different test cycles Very good English skills; German is a strong plus Willingness and ability for project-related travel Personality of the candidate: Strong communication skills Leadership personality Should coordinate teams and also report to Program Managers We look forward to receiving your application.
