SAP Test Manager (all genders)

As an experienced SAP Test Manager, you will take on a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of complex SAP solutions for our customers. You will plan, coordinate, and lead large test projects – from test strategy to execution to acceptance – and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless go-lives. • Leadership Responsibility in Test Projects.
  You will take on the planning, coordination, and leadership of SAP test projects, including large test cycles in the modules SAP SD, MM, EWM, and optionally SAP QM and PP. You will ensure that the test processes are efficient, structured, and timely implemented.
• Test Strategy & Process Optimization.
  You will develop test strategies, define test cases, support test automation, and coordinate the execution of integration tests, system tests, and acceptance tests. With your experience, you will ensure that test processes are standardized, documented, and adapted to individual customer requirements.
• Training & Mentoring.
  You will take on responsibility for the professional development of colleagues in testing. You will actively share your knowledge, conduct workshops, and support teams in strengthening their testing skills.

Qualification

• You possess 7-8 years of professional experience in the SAP environment and bring comprehensive expertise in testing large projects in SAP SD, MM, and EWM. Knowledge of SAP QM and PP is an advantage.
• You have extensive experience in test automation, test coordination, and test management tools that round out your profile.
• You have already successfully accompanied SAP test projects from planning to implementation and feel confident in customer consulting.
• You are characterized by structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work, as well as the willingness to bring in expertise in interdisciplinary teams.
• You convince through sovereign communication in German (at least C1) and English, also in customer meetings and presentations.
• Your background is based on a successfully completed degree or training in the field of (business) informatics, logistics, or a comparable field.
