SAP Test Lead - SuccessFactors HCM project

12 month contract S/4 HANA Project Auckland CBD We are looking to hire a SAP Test Lead for a SuccessFactors S/4HANA project for an initial 12-month contract . The incumbent will be expected to manage a medium to large sized team and be responsible for the successful delivery of testing for end client. This role will focus on evaluation of successful design and delivery of user acceptance testing for the SAP solution. Required Experience: Must have SuccessFactors Testing experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP testing, preferably with S/4 HANA. Strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies an advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for the SuccessFactors S/4HANA solution. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business requirements. * Identifying and reporting defects in a timely manner. * Providing regular status updates to stakeholders. * Managing and mentoring team members to achieve project goals. * Ensuring all testing activities are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget. * Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test data. * Conducting root cause analysis of defects and implementing corrective actions. * Participating in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives. * Providing training and support to end-users on the use of the SuccessFactors S/4HANA solution. * Ensuring all testing activities are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget. * Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test data. * Conducting root cause analysis of defects and implementing corrective actions. * Participating in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives. * Providing training and support to end-users on the use of the SuccessFactors S/4HANA solution.
