Responsibilities Lead and mentor a development team responsible for delivering commercial software solutions Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, UX specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products Translate complex product roadmap features into actionable technical components and development plans Promote engineering best practices, code quality standards, and scalable microservice architecture Guide the team in analyzing, investigating, and resolving production issues, customer requests, and technical challenges Assess issue severity, coordinate resolution efforts, and maintain ownership through successful closure Prioritize and manage multiple production incidents and customer requests across various sources while delegating tasks effectively Contribute to technical decision-making, architecture discussions, and solution design activities Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes, tools, and delivery practices Requirements 7+ years of experience in developing web-based applications, including experience leading or coordinating development teams Strong knowledge of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures Hands-on experience designing and developing web APIs using API-first principles, including REST, GraphQL, and Swagger/OpenAPI Practical experience with SAP Fiori development, including SAPUI5, OData, and CAP CDS Advanced knowledge of Java Spring Boot and web service development Experience working with SAP HANA databases Experience using modern development and DevOps tools, including GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Puppet, and Chef Understanding of deployment environments, application configuration, and change management processes Ability to work confidently with relational database management systems Ability to apply Agile development practices using version control platforms such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience using project and issue tracking tools such as Jira for defect management and delivery coordination We offer We gather like-minded people: Top tech minds driving innovation in AI, cloud and digital platform modernization Supportive team and agile, startup-like culture Hybrid by design mode and opportunity to work remotely within Poland Chance to work abroad for up to 60 days annually Business-driven relocation opportunities We provide growth opportunities: Career development programs Thought leadership, mentoring, soft skills and well-being programs Certification (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) English classes We cover it all: Stable pay Participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15% discount Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) Referral bonuses up to $2,000 Offices featuring entertainment and relaxation zones, table tennis and football, free snacks, coffee and more Corporate, social and well-being events Please, note: Benefits listed above are available to employees only We are open for working with Contractors.
