SAP Technical Architect

We are seeking to expand our SAP practice with highly experienced professionals who have strong technical expertise and a proven track record in SAP. If you have at least eight years of SAP technical experience and are looking for a new challenge where you can put your skills and knowledge to use, this could be the role for you.

• Keep up to date with the latest SAP technical vision and roadmaps (BTP, RISE, S/4HANA, etc.).
• Work closely with subject matter experts and technology strategists to shape solutions.
• Contribute to the development of local solution offerings within your area of expertise.
• Engage with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities.
• Provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations based on your experience and industry best practice.
• Collaborate with internal teams (functional experts, infrastructure specialists, cloud consultants, and others) to design and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure alignment across teams on solution design and development approach.
• Oversee and maintain the quality of project deliverables.
• Build strong relationships of trust with clients and develop a professional network within and beyond your specialism.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals in your area of expertise.
• Continuously develop your technical and operational knowledge to remain a recognised leader in the field.
• Share your expertise by providing training sessions and mentoring less experienced consultants.
• Assist with the development and assessment of consultants through on-the-job coaching.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong connection to engineering, mathematics, or IT.
• Interested in developing a broad perspective on SAP technical roadmaps.
• Motivated to identify SAP solutions that deliver the greatest value to customers.
• Have at least eight years of recognised experience in SAP.
• Able to adapt your communication style to different audiences and effectively share expertise with less experienced colleagues.
• Show good judgement in selecting the most effective solutions, and flexible enough to change approach when needed.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and with impact.
• Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge and insights, both formally and informally, and keen to use them to help shape new opportunities.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) – this is a requirement.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
