Requirements

• 5 years of experience in leading areas of systems and applications SAP.
• Techical and functional mastery of different SAP modules.
• Experience in large, complex, and multicultural projects.
• Advanced English (essential for global communication and management).
• Excellent team management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• 100% on-site position Celaya or Monterrey

RESPONSABILITIES

• Led a robust technology and business applications team (+100 people).
• Managed and supervised complex SAP implementation and optimization projects, especially in S/4HANA.
• Coordinated key modules such as SD, MM, QM, TM, HCM, among others.
• Ensured alignment between technology, business, and operational strategy.
• Constant interaction with high-level stakeholders, both nationally and internationally.
