Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant
Location: Remote (EU-based)
Contract: 6 Months | Start ASAP | 100% Remote
Overview:
Seeking an experienced consultant (8+ yrs SAP HCM, 5+ yrs SuccessFactors Time Management) to lead and support implementations across EU clients.
Responsibilities:
- Configure time types, profiles, work schedules, and leave rules
- Design absence/attendance processes and workflow approvals
- Integrate with Payroll, Employee Central, and third-party systems
- Conduct workshops, testing, and post-go-live support
Requirements:
- Proven SuccessFactors Time Management configuration expertise
- Strong understanding of EU time and labor regulations
