SAP Successfactors Solution Architect

Job Description The SAP HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) Solution Architect is responsible for bridging business needs with SAP technology solutions in the HCM domain (SAP SuccessFactor & SAP HCM solution). Candidate need to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation for business improvement (BPR) anchored on technology solution, lead HCM software evaluation exercise, design & architect the right technology solutions. Candidate will be involved in pre-sales activities, working closely with sales team and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The Solution Architect will also work closely with implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solution, including configuration, customization, and integration of these systems. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes and how they can be improved through technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
