SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) on behalf of our client – a large, Europe-wide operating company in the field of technical services and infrastructure.

The company has been growing strongly over the years. Acquisitions of companies belong to the corporate strategy. Exactly this business model shapes your task immediately:

The HR-IT landscape has historically grown and today is heterogeneous. Around 50% of users are currently working on SAP HCM, while other areas use different HR systems. As it stands, besides SAP HCM, a middle two-digit number of external systems are in operation, which will be harmonized and converted to SAP SuccessFactors in the future.

Your Mission

You will create as the first SuccessFactors specialist:in in the team the foundation for a uniform, scalable SuccessFactors platform and lead a process model that allows the company to quickly and smoothly integrate each further acquisition:

• standardized Fit/Gap analysis
• clear migration strategy
• sustainable project and change structures.

Tasks

• Harmonization & Transformation: Planning and steering the conversion of a heterogeneous HR system landscape to SAP SuccessFactors (including data and process harmonization) as well as building up/ further developing a scalable SuccessFactors environment.
• Integration/Migration at Acquisitions: Development and establishment of a standardized migration and integration strategy for new companies (Fit/Gap approach, reusable templates, standards, checklists).
• (Part-)Project Leadership: Responsibility for analysis, planning, and implementation of integration and migration projects – including cutover and go-live accompaniment.
• Demand & Requirements Management: Taking in, structuring, and prioritizing requirements from HR, departments, and IT as well as translating them into executable work packages.
• Implementation Steering: Coordination and steering of implementation together with internal teams and external implementation partners (alignment, progress, quality).
• Change & Adoption: Accompanying the organization in its new HR system world – including communication, training, and enablement concepts as well as ensuring sustainable use (adoption).

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in the context of SAP SuccessFactors (in-house or consulting)
• You have a degree in the interface field IT/HRor completed vocational training and have substantiated your qualification through several years of relevant practice in the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environment.
• Negotiable experience in implementation/rollout projects
• Very good understanding of HR processes and system landscapes
• Routine in Fit/Gap analyses, conception, template-/standard-based approaches, and migration-related work
• Project strength: Planning, steering, coordination, prioritization – even with multiple stakeholders
• Change competence: You can structure change, communicate it, and carry it into the organization
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills
