Tasks

🔎 Your Tasks

• Responsibility for application management and further development in the area of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Analyze, evaluate, and test application adjustments based on technical requirements
• Participation in exciting IT projects as well as taking over part project leaderships
• 2nd-Level Support and coordination of 3rd-Level Support if necessary
• Counseling users & key-users, support for requirement definition, tests & training
• Tight cooperation with HR, IT architecture, and external service providers

Qualification

✅ Your Profile

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or comparable education
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM) and/or SuccessFactors (EC, Recruiting, Performance, Learning etc.)
• Understanding of HR processes and interfaces to adjacent modules
• Experience in customizing and system integration
• Safe German (at least C1)
• Team player with communication strength, analytical thinking, and hands-on mentality
