SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (PMGM | Learning | Compensation)

What you’ll do As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will provide expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and participating in requirements gathering workshops with clients. * Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), and Compensation. * Developing and maintaining system documentation, including configuration documents, test plans, and training materials. * Providing end-user training and support. * Troubleshooting and resolving system issues. * Collaborating with other consultants and project teams. * Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices. Required Technical and Professional Expertise * Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically PMGM, LMS, and Compensation. * Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with data migration and integration. * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * At least 3 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * SAP SuccessFactors certification. * Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience with project management tools. * Experience with business process reengineering.
