Full-time (39h/week) II Hamburg (Hybrid) or full-remote

You are a perfect fit for us if you enjoy...

• Advising our clients on security & authorization issues within the SAP world with a focus on the SuccessFactors modules, Concur, and SAP HCM
• Ideally, dealing with security tools such as SAP Access Control, SAP IAG, One Identity Manager, Pathlock SAST, Xiting XAMS etc.
• Improving our products and your workflows with the help of Generative AI
• Taking a leading role in audit assignments and consulting projects at our clients
• Conducting internal and external workshops on topics in HR processes (Security & Authorizations)

• You have successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have gained several years of experience in Human Resource Cloud Technologies and are well-versed in the SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Analytics
• Ideally, you are also well-versed in Concur and external HR software
• You enjoy working independently, analytically, and conceptually
• You have very good German language skills (at least B2) and good English language skills
