Zielgruppe

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/w/d), preferably with Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0 experience. You will be part of our SmartRecruiters team, which has already accompanied more than 100 customers in the introduction of SmartRecruiters over the past few years and will complete the new SAP SmartRecruiters certification. Now you will accompany as part of the team the customers in the implementation of SmartRecruiters and design modularly robust end-to-end HR processes.

Aufgaben

• You start in the SmartRecruiters environment in consulting and configuration and develop yourself subsequently towards SAP SuccessFactors.
• You support our customers in the introduction and implementation.
• You set your expertise actively into the system – from configuration to training of key users.
• You advise on optimizing recruiting processes and develop customer-specific solutions.
• You function as an interface between HR and IT – analytically, solution-oriented, and service-oriented.
• You bring yourself into part-project leadership and design internal processes actively with.
• You bring your existing SAP knowledge into the team and design active further education for your colleagues and become parallel SmartRecruiters expert.

• You use SmartRecruiters sovereignly, configure practically and make features accessible to everyone.
• You build your knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors specifically and set up initial content in customer projects.

Qualifikation

• You bring fundamental professional experience in the field of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as a certification in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0.
• You are communicative, show initiative and work well in a team.
• You possess an analytical mindset and enjoy learning about new tools and topics.
• You think entrepreneurially, act proactively and take ownership for your tasks – from idea to implementation.
• You can think end-to-end and develop sustainable solutions independently.
• You work solution-oriented, reflect on your own actions regularly and continue to develop yourself further.
• You communicate convincingly in German and English, both verbally and written.
