Are you a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors? Our client, an internationally active consulting firm, is urgently looking for consultants for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Consulting our clients on the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
• Independent execution of customer-specific configurations as well as conducting workshops and training sessions
• Support and consulting for the integration of SAP SuccessFactors into existing process and system landscapes for our clients
• Analysis, consulting, conception, and implementation of applications for defined HR business processes
• Support within the scope of pre-sales activities

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of practical experience in the conception and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applications and at least one completed project
• Know-how: At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification as well as very good knowledge of common SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management)
• Communication: B2 level German language skills, spoken and written
• Degree: Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant
• Personality: Willingness to learn, independence, strong team spirit, pronounced customer orientation, and strong communication skills
• Travel willingness: occasional
