Remote in Germany | Full-time
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (m/w/d) to support exciting HR-transformation projects for our client, a leading international IT and consulting company.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of end-to-end solutions
- Conceptualization of integrations to SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, and third-party systems
- Steering and alignment of architectural themes across multiple modules
- Conducting workshops and presentations for customers and project teams
Qualification
- Mult-year experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite and its integration possibilities
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Very good German and English language skills
