Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d)

Germany | 100% Remote

Permanent position | Indefinite

For an established SAP consulting company, I am looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen a growing HR IT team.

Responsibilities

Consulting, conception and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Accompanying EC projects from conception to Go-Live
Consulting on HR IT and SuccessFactors landscapes
Technical management of project teams
Release management and continuous optimization
Support and mentoring of junior consultants

Qualifications

4+ years of SuccessFactors experience or at least 2 full EC implementations
Very good knowledge of Employee Central
SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification
Experience in project management
SAP HCM / further SF modules are an advantage
Very good German and good English skills
Willingness to travel as needed
