SAP Specialist - OpenText & SAP Archive remote

Your Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing deep integrations between OpenText xECM and SAP (covering ARL repositories, ILM retention/policies, Business Workspaces, metadata models, and secure connectivity) Steering the managed service provider for the xECM SaaS tenant (defining and monitoring SLAs, coordinating releases/changes, and ensuring compliance, performance, and resilience) Applying strong SAP Basis expertise to onboard and connect systems Configuring content repositories and integrations with SAP applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability Developing and maintaining documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures Providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for OpenText xECM and related SAP integrations Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, ABAP development, and business users, to gather requirements and implement solutions Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP and OpenText technologies and best practices Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience with OpenText xECM and SAP integrations, including ARL and ILM Strong understanding of SAP Basis administration and system landscape management Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and related archiving solutions Proficiency in configuring and managing content repositories within OpenText xECM Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with cloud-based solutions (SaaS) and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, web services) Desirable Experience with OpenText OTMM and/or other OpenText products Experience with SAP S/4HANA Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) Certifications in OpenText and/or SAP technologies Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities Opportunities for professional development and training A collaborative and supportive work environment The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a real impact on our business
