You will design IT solutions to modernize HR processes for our clients. In doing so, you will make a valuable contribution to sustainably satisfied employees worldwide.

• You advise our international clients on exciting questions regarding SAP SuccessFactors and actively contribute your expertise
• You take responsibility for projects from planning to successful completion
• You will analyze our clients' requirements and design individual solution approaches for the digitalization of HR processes
• You will implement and configure SuccessFactors modules and also support ongoing operations
• In workshops, you will train key users on the SuccessFactors application in operational practice

• Several years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors as a consultant* or as an HR key user*
• Completed training (HTL, FH, Uni) in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Human Resources Management, or comparable
• Interest in the implementation and optimization of HR processes
• Very good understanding of systems and databases
• Good communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)

We offer you an attractive remuneration with an annual gross salary starting from EUR 60,000 (full-time). Depending on experience and qualifications, a corresponding overpayment is planned. In addition, you will benefit from a performance-related bonus system.
