SAP SD Inhouse Consultant

We are an innovative and growing company that relies on modern SAP solutions to optimize our business processes. To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated SAP Inhouse Consultant (SD) with profound knowledge in customs and foreign trade.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance, development, and optimization of our SAP SD processes with a focus on sales, dispatch, and invoicing
• Conceptualization and implementation of solutions in the area of customs and foreign trade (customs processing, preferences, export control)
• Analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the departments
• Customizing adaptation in SAP SD and adjacent modules
• Support for FI-related topics, particularly at the interfaces to SD (e.g. revenue accounts, value-added tax, debtor accounting)
• 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD users within the company
• Conducting user training sessions and creating documentation
• Project work on SAP rollouts, upgrades, and introducing new functionalities
• Collaboration with external service providers and SAP consultants
• Participation in harmonizing and standardizing SAP processes

Qualifikation

• Degree in (Business-) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant in the SD module
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP SD processes (sales, dispatch, invoicing, pricing, conditions)
• Very good knowledge in customs and foreign trade, ideally with AEB
• Basic knowledge in the SAP FI module, particularly at the interfaces to SD
• Experience in customizing and process optimization
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Communication skills and teamwork ability
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills
• Willingness to travel for occasional assignments at the locations

Of advantage are:

• SAP certification in the SD area
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with ABAP or debugging is advantageous
• Knowledge of logistics processes
• Project experience in international roll-out projects
