My client is an international SAP consulting company with several locations! The topic of team fit will be emphasized, which the approximately 100 employees can confirm. Since customers have become accustomed to remote topics, the remote share is very high. Due to the high demand and customer satisfaction, the company remains on a growth course.

Aufgaben

• You lead and manage a 5-member SAP SCM team consisting of experienced and inexperienced team members.
• Development of strategy and SAP project management along the SAP Supply Chain.
• You take responsibility for SAP SCM projects.
• You coach and promote your employees and also provide training for optimal professional development.
• If you wish, you support our software sales team in acquiring new projects.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a study with a technical, logistical, or economic background or equivalent education.
• You have good to very good knowledge of SAP SCM, including the SAP-EWM environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• You possess an outstanding change and problem-solving competence, as well as decision-making and conflict resolution skills, but also empathy.
• You possess leadership skills.
• Experience in leading SAP projects in the logistics field.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
