SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (m/w/d) (Ref.Nr.: 46228)

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA project manager who will lead a strategic transformation program for a leading industrial actor in the energy sector. This role includes managing the rollout across multiple sites and requires someone who can drive the migration independently, while regular on-site presence is necessary to support departments and coordinate with stakeholders.

Your Tasks

• Overall management of the SAP S/4HANA implementation across various project sites.

• Framework for the project program, including roadmap, governance, personnel allocation, planning, and risk management

• Coordination of the SAP core model and the S/4 vision.

• Monitoring of data flows in data management and data quality.

• Conducting business workshops and aligning processes.

• Coordination of change management initiatives.

• Oversight of system integrators and external partners

• Production of project results, including meeting protocols, planning, and RAID protocols.

• Organization of workshops and meetings to support and align with business departments.

• Taking over daily operational tasks to ensure that the project milestones are reached.

Must Requirements

• Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience in SAP project management.

• Proven experience in leading at least one SAP transformation project throughout its entire lifecycle as a project leader.

• Expert knowledge in SAP ECC6 and/or S/4HANA environments.

• Functional knowledge of the most important SAP modules, including finance, operations, production, and logistics.

• Experience in managing SAP deployments at multiple sites

• Ability to structure and manage an end-to-end transformation program independently.

• Excellent leadership qualities with experience in leading project teams and communicating with stakeholders on the CIO level.

• Professional language skills in German and English

• Ability and willingness to maintain regular on-site presence at the project site in Erlangen and at the relevant regional sites.

• Residence or proximity to the regions of Nuremberg, Frankfurt, or Stuttgart
