Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Consultant to join our team and bring expert-level knowledge to the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA systems. You will work directly with clients to assess business processes, design and deliver tailored solutions, and ensure optimal system performance. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, guiding projects to successful completion, and providing continuous support and training to end users.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
  • Configure and optimize SAP modules (FI, CO, CFIN, WM, SD, MM) according to business requirements.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system optimization.
  • Deliver user training and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP projects, including rollouts.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP core modules (FI, CO, CFIN, WM, SD, MM).
  • Ability to design end-to-end solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in a lead role is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
