SAP Resource - MM Module

To provide shared service procurement support for various teams within the organization. Work with various business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Tax and others to support business operations. Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices. Collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualization tools. Review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance. Analyze and reconcile mismatch invoice information. Validate invoice details for accuracy. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all procurement transactions. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Provide training and support to end-users on procurement processes and systems. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for procurement operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
