Job Description Funciones Clave Consultor SAP Real Estate: -Implementation of SAP RE-FX: Install and configure the SAP S/4HANA module for real estate management. -Gestion de Contratos y Arrendamientos: Optimize processes related to contract management, including rentals and deposits as collateral, and ensure compliance with regulations such as IFRS 16 and USGAAP. -Gestión de Espacios: Work with architectural views to manage spaces, assign costs, and optimize space utilization. -Reporting and Analytics: Provide insights on real estate performance through reports and analytics. -Coordinación con Equipo: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of SAP RE-FX with other systems. -Análisis y Resolución de Problemas: Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP RE-FX implementation, configuration, and maintenance. -Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for real estate management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance). - Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP RE-FX implementation and management. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its modules. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
