SAP QM Manager (all genders)

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Manager to take a key role in the digital transformation of our customers. You will analyze complex quality management processes, develop tailored solutions and accompany challenging SAP QM implementations – from conception to go-live. Tasks

• Leadership responsibility in projects.
  You will take sole responsibility for the implementation of SAP QM projects. In this role, you will lead projects and ensure their successful implementation within customer requirements.
• Technology & Process Management.
  You will advise our (new) customers on their SAP QM systems and plan and implement SAP QM implementations. Additionally, you will support customers in optimizing and efficiently implementing their quality management processes, including customization. With your experience, you will ensure that the processes are designed to be more efficient and adapted to individual customer requirements.
• Training & Mentoring.
  You will take responsibility for the professional and methodological further development of colleagues. You will actively share your knowledge and support our teams in dealing with SAP QM.
• Preliminary Sales & Customer Relationship Building.
  You will actively support preliminary sales activities to establish new customer relationships and strengthen market position.

Qualification

• You have fundamental practical experience in SAP QM, ideally including customization, as well as a deep understanding of quality processes in production and manufacturing.
• You have already successfully accompanied SAP QM projects – from analysis to conception to implementation – and feel confident in customer consulting.
• You work structured, analytically and solution-oriented and bring your expertise into interdisciplinary teams.
• You convince through sovereign communication in German (at least C1) and English also in customer meetings and presentations.
• Your background is based on a successfully completed degree or training in the field of logistics, economics/information technology or a comparable field.
