We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Leader (m/w/d) for a comprehensive SAP S/4HANA Greenfield project (transition from SAP ECC) with good technical understanding. In this central role, you will support the external implementation partner and ensure the technical quality of the implementation.

Your Tasks

• Consolidation and organization of central IT work packages within the S/4HANA project

• Steering and professional guidance of the external implementation partner at eye level

• Critical questioning and validation of technical solution proposals from project teams

• Responsibility for the topics Technical Architecture and Integration Management

• Coordination and monitoring of Test Management and Migration Management

• Ensuring a structured Release Management within the Greenfield transition

• Ensuring technical consistency during the transition from legacy system SAP ECC to S/4HANA

Must Requirements

• Several years of experience as (part-time) project leader in complex IT projects, ideally in the SAP environment

• In-depth technical SAP understanding to steer implementation partners at eye level and critically question technical proposals (Challenging)

• Funded experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations and the transition from SAP ECC

• Demonstrable competence in consolidating and organizing workstreams in the areas of Technical Architecture and Integration Management

• Comprehensive knowledge in Test Management, Migration Management, and Release Management within SAP rollouts

• Ability to coordinate and steer external service providers and partners

Can Requirements

• Relevant certifications in the SAP area or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP Activate)

• Experience in a regulated environment or the Life Science industry

• Strong moderation and communication skills to mediate between technical teams and management

Further Information

Deployment location is Hamburg. A hybrid model with approximately 50% on-site presence per week is planned.
