SAP Project Manager

Job Title: SAP Project Manager Experience: 8 – 18 Years Location: (Insert Location) Employment Type: Full‑time / Permanent Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP projects across implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands‑on familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules and processes. The role requires extensive knowledge of SAP project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records of project progress. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience with SAP project planning tools such as CA PPM, Planview, or Microsoft Project. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors. • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Ensure compliance with SAP project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members. • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement. • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancements. Requirements: • 8 – 18 years of experience in SAP project management or a related field. • Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules and processes. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Hands-on familiarity with SAP project planning tools such as CA PPM, Planview, or Microsoft Project. • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
