SAP Program Manager

Greetings from TCS TCS is Hiring For SAP Program Manager Experience : 12-16 years Location : Mumbai NP : Immediate to 45 days JOB DESCRIPTION: Must Have: Manage team utilization and project staffing for the consulting team. Lead SAP S/4 consulting projects during assessment, preparation, implementation, and rollouts. Manage client relationships, primarily with CXOs and senior management and drive consensus with stakeholders on program scope, delivery and value realization. Good-to-have Certifications: SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Implementation Consultant (SAP C_S4HANA_1908) or equivalent. Must Have: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, including FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, and QM. Experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations with multiple stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Good-to-have: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, such as AWS or Azure. Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
