The current growth spurt is driven by numerous S/4HANA-Migrations projects, which are being rolled out internationally. Here's your chance to take on responsibility and actively shape the future of more exciting projects.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des PP-Teams
• Responsibility for project timelines, budgets, and quality
• Eskalations- and solutions management in case of project problems
• Steering of goals, resources, and utilization
• Personal development in close cooperation with international units
• Organization and implementation of team training sessions
• Support for pre-sales activities and portfolio development
• Implementation of strategic measures together with the departments
• Satisfaction of qualification, utilization, and project quality

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the SAP PP field, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Solid understanding of end-to-end processes in sales
• Experience in leading complex (sub-)projects, preferably in international contexts
• Communication skills, organizational ability, and proactive working style
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Residence in Germany, moderate travel readiness
