· Writing and refining test cases

· Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient defect resolution and product quality

· User acceptance testing, visibility of defects and test management

· Actively participate in business refinements ensuring SAP best practises are followed

· Provide SAP Production Support for Plants

· Delivering operations support services

· Improve the overall quality of the SMART applications

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

· Monitor IT system error messages and process accordingly

Essential Skills required:
