SAP MM Procurement Expert

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced MM Expert (PUR) to work alongside the functional data owners, in an ongoing S/4 Hana Global template rollout. The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global programs implementing SAP MM(PUR) with a strong focus on the data objects and tables. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong project management skills within the data migration activities. The initial contract will be for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position. The successful candidate will work closely with the client's team to ensure a smooth implementation of the SAP MM(PUR) module, focusing on procurement processes and data integration. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert-level support in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP MM(PUR) modules; • Collaborating with the client's functional teams to identify and resolve business requirements and technical issues; • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the implementation of SAP MM(PUR); • Ensuring compliance with the client's policies, procedures, and standards; • Providing training and support to end-users on the use of SAP MM(PUR) modules. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, or engineering); • At least 5 years of experience in implementing SAP MM(PUR) modules; • Strong understanding of procurement processes and data integration; • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
