About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Scheduler to support the delivery of complex, multi-project programs within the public sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring project schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with program governance requirements.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in project scheduling methodologies, governance, and compliance, along with proven experience working in highly regulated public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated master schedules across multiple SAP projects and transformation programs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to scheduling standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks used within the public sector.
  • Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
  • Collaborate with program managers, project leads, and technical teams to maintain scheduling accuracy and transparency.
  • Produce compliance-driven schedule reports for executive steering committees and government stakeholders.
  • Identify schedule risks, conduct scenario planning, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide oversight and quality assurance to ensure all schedules meet audit and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program scheduling, with proven success as a Master Scheduler in large-scale SAP or ERP programs.
  • Strong background working on public sector projects, with familiarity in highly regulated environments.
  • Advanced expertise in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Deep knowledge of scheduling methodologies (critical path, dependency mapping, earned value, resource leveling, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks relevant to public sector delivery.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce schedules and reports that can withstand external audit and compliance reviews.
