SAP Knowledge Manager Remote Job We are looking for an experienced person to fill the SAP Learning & Knowledge Manager position, who will be responsible for developing and managing a strategy for training, knowledge, and user support. The person in this position will collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and SAP experts, ensuring effective adoption of the system, development of user competencies, and maintenance of high-quality documentation and training materials. Scope of responsibilities: Creating and developing strategies for training and knowledge management; Developing and implementing a plan for user support and training; Collaborating with business teams to identify training needs and develop solutions; Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials; Providing expertise and guidance on SAP system usage and best practices; Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs; Identifying and addressing gaps in user competencies; Developing and implementing strategies for continuous learning and professional development. Zakres obowiązków: Tworzenie i rozwój strategii szkoleń i zarządzania wiedzą; Rozwój i wdrożenie planu wsparcia użytkowników i szkoleń; Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi, aby zidentyfikować potrzeby szkoleniowe i rozwinąć rozwiązania; Rozwój i utrzymanie dokumentacji i materiałów szkoleniowych; Udzielanie ekspertyzy i wskazówek dotyczących korzystania z systemu SAP i najlepszych praktyk; Monitorowanie i ewaluacja skuteczności programów szkoleniowych; Zidentyfikowanie i adresowanie braków w kompetencjach użytkowników; Rozwój i wdrożenie strategii ciągłego uczenia się i rozwoju zawodowego.
