Tasks

Your tasks

Full Stack Development in the SAP Environment:

• Development of front-end applications (e.g., SAPUI5 / Fiori Apps)

• Development of back-end services (e.g., ABAP, CAP, Node.js, Java)

• Extension and adaptation of:

• SAP HCM applications

• SAP SuccessFactors solutions

• Cloud-based BTP applications

Integration & Interfaces:

• Participation in the development of integrations between:

• SAP HCM ↔ SuccessFactors

• SAP ↔ Non-SAP systems

• Use of:

• SAP Integration Suite

• APIs, OData Services, IDocs

Cloud & Innovation:

• Participation in the development of solutions on SAP BTP

• Use of modern technologies:

• Extensions (Side-by-Side)

• Work Zone / Launchpad Services

• Identity Services (IAS/IPS)

• First insights into AI/Automation in the HR environment

Learning & Further Development:

• Intensive onboarding by experienced colleagues
• Support for SAP certifications
• Gradual assumption of responsibility in projects

Qualifications

What you bring

Education & Fundamentals

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education
• First practical experience in software development (e.g., through internships, working student activities, or own projects)

Technical Skills (initial knowledge desirable)

• One or more of the following technologies:

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• HTML / CSS

• Java or Node.js

• ABAP (advantageous, but not a must)

• Basic understanding of:

• Web technologies

• APIs / Interfaces

Mindset

• Interest in HR processes & business context
• Desire to learn new technologies (SAP, Cloud, Integration)
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Good German and English language skills
