SAP IT Manager

SAP IT Manager Remote Work We are looking for an experienced person for the position of SAP Learning & Knowledge Manager, who will be responsible for the development and management of SAP training, knowledge, and user support strategy. The person in this position will cooperate with business teams, IT, and SAP experts, ensuring effective system adoption, user competency development, and maintaining high-quality documentation and training materials. Scope of Responsibilities Development and expansion of SAP knowledge management and training strategy Management of processes related to documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories Coordination of training activities related to systemic and process changes in SAP Development and updating of training materials, user manuals, FAQs, and onboarding content Organizing refresher training and initiatives supporting the development of SAP user competencies Cooperation with SAP teams, business process owners, and regional stakeholders Management of SAP Enable Now platform or other LMS/DAP solutions Monitoring the effectiveness of training and knowledge adoption using KPIs and user feedback Supporting change management activities and communication of changes Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of: knowledge management, learning & development, user enablement, SAP training, or ERP system adoption Experience working with SAP/ERP systems in an international environment Knowledge of knowledge management processes and documentation lifecycle management Experience in creating and maintaining training materials and process documentation Very good knowledge of SAP Enable Now or similar LMS/DAP platforms Ability to cooperate with business, IT, and international teams Analytical skills and experience working with KPIs/adoption metrics Very good knowledge of English (min. C1)
