WHY WE NEED YOU

• You are responsible for the maintenance, customization, and further development of our existing solutions in the context of SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, SAP FSM, and mobileX.
• In close cooperation with our Key Users, you will take over the implementation of feasibility studies, as well as the analysis, conception, and documentation of new requirements during introduction projects.
• Your tasks include the independent implementation of projects and the configuration and setup of new solutions in the areas of SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, SAP FSM, and mobileX.
• You will take over user support, function as a competent contact person for our Key Users, and conduct training sessions after system adjustments or introductions.
• You will advise our departments on the optimization and standardization of processes.
• You are responsible for partial projects within international SAP rollouts.
• You will support the selection of new products and negotiate performance levels with system providers.
• You ensure the high availability and quality of our application systems.
• The guarantee of compliance with security standards as well as the implementation of necessary security patches also falls within your area of responsibility.

WHAT WE WISH FOR

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education forms the basis of your qualification.
• Your several years of professional experience in the SAP module CS and/or S/4 HANA Service bring us forward.
• Ideal would be if you have good knowledge of the programming language ABAP.
• You have already successfully accompanied and implemented international IT projects.
• Your independent, analytical, and systematic thinking and working style, as well as your economic, customer-oriented, and responsible approach characterize you.
• You convince through a pronounced team ability and clear, target-group-oriented communication.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking that round off your profile.
