SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) SD with Focus on Customs & Foreign Trade

We are an innovative and growing company that relies on modern SAP solutions to optimize our business processes. To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated SAP Inhouse Consultant with a focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) as well as in-depth knowledge of customs and foreign trade.

Tasks

• Maintenance, further development, and optimization of our SAP SD processes with a focus on sales, dispatch, and invoicing. Conceptualization and implementation of solutions in the area of customs and foreign trade (customs processing, preferences, export control)
• Analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the departments. Execution of customizing adaptations in SAP SD and adjacent modules
• Support for FI-related topics, particularly at the interfaces to SD (e.g., revenue accounts, value-added tax, debtor accounting)
• 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD users within the company
• Conducting user training sessions and creating documentation
• Project work on SAP rollouts, upgrades, and the introduction of new functionalities
• Collaboration with external service providers and SAP partners. Contribution to harmonization and standardization of SAP processes

Qualification

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant in the SD module
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP SD processes (sales, dispatch, invoicing, pricing, conditions)
• Very good knowledge in the area of customs and foreign trade, ideally with AEB
• Fundamental knowledge in the SAP FI module, particularly at the interfaces to SD
• Experience in customizing and process optimization
• Analytical thinking and structured working methods
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills
• Willingness to travel for occasional assignments at other locations

Advantages:
