Job Description: -SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant Relevant Experience (in Yrs):- 5yrs Technical/Functional Skills:- • Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements. • Should be able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems • Ability to interact with management and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of US Payroll solutions. • Strong understanding of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in configuring and testing US Payroll scenarios. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP tools is an asset. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
