SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Team Lead
Job description
For an internationally operating SAP consulting firm, I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for SAP HCM / SuccessFactors transformation projects.
📍 Nationwide / Remote
💰 Up to approx. €115,000 – depending on experience
🏠 Remote with approx. 30–50% travel
⏰ Full-time or part-time from 30 hrs./week
Responsibilities
• Leadership of national and international SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects
• Responsibility from project initiation to go-live
• Management of international project teams, stakeholders, and partners
• Project governance, budget, risk, and escalation management
• Exchange with HR, IT, and management at eye level
• Support of complex integration scenarios around SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Payroll
Qualifications
✔ Experience in leading international SAP HCM or SuccessFactors projects
✔ Very good understanding of HCM processes and SAP landscapes
✔ Experience in stakeholder and project management
✔ Very good German (min. C1) and good English
✔ Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%
