We are looking for a Senior Consultant:in who will accompany our customers with technical understanding into the cloud and to H4S4. At our company, you will find exciting migration projects instead of tedious maintenance routines.

Tasks

• S/4HANA Transformations: You will accompany our customers strategically and operationally in the migration to H4S4 and in hybrid scenarios.
• Complex Hybrid Architectures: You will connect on-premise worlds cleanly with modern cloud solutions.
• Technical Concepting: You will build migration paths that work in reality – no PowerPoints for the drawer.
• Ongoing Development: You will grow towards BTP, ABAP, or project leadership, entirely according to your strengths.

Qualification

• You bring fundamental experience in SAP HCM Consulting and have a genuine interest in S/4HANA transformations.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You speak fluent German (C1 level).
• You are looking for a team of genuine makers, where technical know-how is more valuable than the perfect dress code.
