At PwC, we’re committed to powering innovation and transformation for our clients and people. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate with expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll to join our team and drive excellence in human capital management and payroll technology solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM and Payroll modules. You will ensure that our solutions are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business needs and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM & Payroll components including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and Reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and payroll regulations within SAP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM and Payroll issues, and lead system upgrades or integrations
• Develop training materials and user documentation
• Collaborate with external vendors where necessary
• Support reporting and analytics for HR and payroll operations

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of SAP HCM and Payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and labor laws
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP ECC Payroll preferred
• SAP HCM or Payroll certification desirable
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
