SAP HCM & Payroll expert (1 year contract)

Experienced SAP HCM & Payroll expert to serve as the bridge between Belgian Legislation and our SAP ECC environment. In this role, you will own the end-to-end cycle of legal compliance regarding all Belgian Payroll requirements and the configuration of the SAP system. Your responsibilities include: * Analyzing and translating legal requirements into SAP configurations. * Being the go-to person for questions related to Belgian Payroll within the organization. * Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements. * Configuring and maintaining the SAP HCM & Payroll modules. * Performing tests and ensuring the quality of the configuration. * Providing documentation and training to end-users. Required Skills: * Extensive experience with SAP HCM and Payroll, specifically with Belgian Payroll. * Strong understanding of Belgian labor law and social security regulations. * Ability to translate legal requirements into SAP configurations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
