SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (m/w/d)

For our Business Unit SAP, we're looking for someone who feels at home in the HR world from SAP and has fun bringing customers up to speed both technically and professionally. Aufgaben

Depending on the customer, project scope, and your experience, you can look forward to exciting projects where you'll take over project leadership or be part of a larger project team. You're never alone: At our company, there's always someone to spar with, professional exchange, and strong support from the team.

You advise and support our customers in optimizing their payroll processes, developing them further, and finding practical solutions; also for requirements they may not have thought of themselves. This includes tasks such as:

• Advising our customers on professional, procedural, and technical questions related to SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central Payroll
• Participation in implementation, migration, and transformation projects in the SAP payroll area
• Configuration, customization, and adaptation of payroll solutions along individual customer requirements
• Support in ongoing customer operations, e.g., support requests, incidents, and change requests in Application Management
• Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of payroll processes across various systems and organizational units
• Closely working with our developers on complex technical requirements, interfaces, or system-spanning questions
• Perspective: Co-shaping BPO services and taking over payroll processes for our customers

Qualifikation

• Mind. two years of professional experience in the SAP Payroll area, as user or consultant
• Good understanding of the entire compensation process including tax, social security, and HR-relevant topics for German law
• Pleasure in advising, process optimization, and solution-oriented customer work
• Technical interest in system configuration, customization, and interfaces
• Blick for practical solutions rather than standard answers
• Eigenständiges Arbeiten und gleichermaßen Teamgeist
• Very good German and good English skills
• ABAP knowledge not required, but we'll support you in building your expertise if interested
• A small bit of travel readiness - business trips come relatively rarely, but they do occur :)
