Requirements Knowledge & Experience Required: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English Keep team lead continuously updated of progress, regularly report on project status, ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, maintain a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of SAP HCM, have experience in implementing SAP HCM solutions, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Requirements: Provide consulting services to clients on the implementation of SAP HCM solutions, develop and maintain a deep understanding of client’s business needs and requirements, provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensure that all projects are completed within budget and timeframe, identify and mitigate potential risks, ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, maintain a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of SAP HCM.
