SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) / Up to 60% Home Office Share

We are looking for a SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Technical consulting of the department in all process- and system-related HR-IT questions.
• Analysis of requirements from the department, joint development of optimal solutions for technical implementation.
• Technical implementation of requirements in the system including customization, SAP development (ABAP), personnel calculation rules and schemes for time accounting and personnel settlement.
• Technical support and further development of existing SAP HCM and Workday landscape as well as all other HR systems.
• Further development of the HR-IT architecture and digitalization of HR processes in close cooperation with the department.
• Participation in national and international projects, including taking over partial project responsibility.

Qualification

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification, as well as very good English language skills.
• Very good technical understanding of the SAP HCM architecture.
• Fundamental technical experience in handling the core functions of SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM) including customization, personnel calculation rules and schemes for time accounting and personnel settlement.
• Experience in the technical implementation of HR systems and project work.
• Very good analytical-conceptual skills paired with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
