Role: SAP Test-Expert for HCM
Workload: Full-time (5 days/week)
Location: Vienna (1-2 days/week on-site)
Duration: Until 31.12.2025 (extension planned for 2026)
Language: English

Tasks:
Development of project-, theme-, and SAP-module-specific test concepts
Design, design, and documentation of robust test cases
Preliminary preparation, execution, and documentation of all test activities - as needed, also support
Quality assurance throughout the entire development cycle, particularly for requirements and acceptance criteria
Development of informative and target-group-oriented test reports

Must-have Qualifications:
Experience in developing test strategies and concepts for SAP modules or applications
Several years' experience in test case design and development with common test design methods in the SAP system environment, particularly in the HR area
Project experience in various process models (classic, agile - possibly mixed)

Nice-to-have Qualifications:
SAP-(module-)specific training
Verifiable experience with SAP systems, particularly HCM and SuccessFactors
ISTQB or comparable certification in the field of quality assurance
Desirable tool knowledge: Jira/Xray, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM
