SAP HCM Developer (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for support in the area of SAP HCM Development for one of our clients in Hamburg.

In this role, you will work on an established system environment and shape the further development of the HR system landscape – technically challenging and with direct influence on processes.

Tasks

• Maintenance, operation, and further development of the SAP HCM system as well as the corresponding FIORI landscape
• Technical conception, coordination, and review of technical requirements
• Implementation of requirements using Customizing and development in ABAP, ABAP/OO, and SAP UI5
• Participation in the further development of existing solutions and system landscapes
• Conducting tests, user training, and documentation

Qualification

• Very good knowledge of the common SAP HCM modules
• Fundamental experience in development with ABAP and ABAP/OO
• Experience with SAP UI5, ideally also first contacts with SAP BTP
• Good knowledge of HR/personal processes
• Structured work style and clear communication
