SAP HCM Engineer (m/f/d) Ref. No. 4232

We are looking for an SAP HCM Engineer (m/f/d) for a client, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support, further development, and documentation of the SAP HCM landscape
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of HR processes in SAP
• Central point of contact for requirements and error messages in the SAP HCM environment
• Analysis and resolution of occurring errors as well as independent implementation of requirements within the SAP standard or representation of these to an international steering committee
• Coordination of the implementation of requirements for interfaces and data transfers by development teams in Germany and internationally
• Planning and coordination of user tests for new or changed processes and workflows
• Support of regular system upgrades through the planning and execution of preparatory tests with users

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, vocational training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment
• Very good knowledge of processes in the areas of Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management
• Willingness for occasional business trips
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken

Contract Type: Permanent employment after temporary employment agency assignment

Location: Stuttgart area, partial home office possible

Start: asap

Duration: 24 months (with possible transfer to direct permanent employment)
